Turret Siege is a first-person tower defense roguelite. Enemies pour out of portals and march on your castle. Build your defenses from a tactical top view, lay traps on the path, then drop into first person and fight alongside them.

Build, then fight

  • 6 turrets and 2 traps. Each one hits ground, air or both, and picks a specialization at level 3 — Mortar or Flak, Blizzard or Shatter, Deadshot or Railgun
  • Upgrade to level 8: an active ability at level 5, an overclocked core at 7
  • Place the right pairs together for combos, and keep them repaired — Wreckers and Catapults will smash them
  • 5 weapons, each with its own perks and an evolution if you build into it

Descend

  • 5 stages, 115 waves, across meadows, desert canyon, frozen pass, volcano and a shadow citadel
  • Beat a floor's boss and drop through the trapdoor into a freshly generated map, a new biome and a random curse. Your turrets come with you
  • Boss chests let you upgrade your weapon or trade it for another

Build a run

  • 50 perks across four rarities, 30 relics, 8 transformations and 27 synergies
  • Spin the reel for treasure: floors, Treasure Goblins and weapon caches all land on your prize
  • 4 classes — Commando, Engineer, Pyro, Warden — each with a passive and an ability
  • Fire, Ice, Electric and Physical damage. Stack two elements on one enemy for MELT, SUPERCONDUCT, OVERLOAD or SHATTER
  • A Workshop that turns every run into permanent upgrades

Fight 26 enemy types and 5 bosses

  • Hunters that leave the path to come for you, warded enemies only your own weapons can hurt, burrowers that tunnel under your defenses, phasing wraiths, necromancers, shield drones and swarms
  • Bosses with glowing weak points and phase shields at 66% and 33% health

Some gameplay, a smattering of critique ;)

Hi! Thanks a lot for the great video. Other than more tutorials and different music any other suggestions? Is the game too hard/easy or did it seem balanced?

The balance seemed pretty good, actually. At least, I was comfortable in the first few levels.

Awesome! I'll work on some changes regarding your feedback
